Circular No. 89/2025/ND-CP dated April 13, 2025 on amendments to Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP on conditinal business lines in civil aviation

DECREE

ON AMENDMENTS TO SOME ARTICLES OF DECREE NO. 92/2016/ND-CP DATED JULY 01, 2016 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON CONDITINAL BUSINESS LINES IN CIVIL AVIATION

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated February 18, 2025;

Pursuant to the Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated June 29, 2006; the Law on amendments to Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Investment dated June 17, 2020;

At the request of the Minister of Construction;

The Government promulgates the Circular on amendments to some articles of Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP dated July 01, 2016 of the Government on conditional business lines in civil aviation.

Article 1. Amendments to clause 2 Article 12d of Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP dated July 01, 2016 of the Government on conditional business lines in civil aviation amended by clause 13 Article 1 of Decree No. 89/2019/ND-CP dated November 15, 2019 of the Government on amendments to some articles of the Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP dated July 01, 2016 of the Government on conditional business lines in the civil aviation and Decree No. 30/2013/ND-CP dated April 08, 2013 of the Government on air transport business and general aviation activities

“2. Aircrafts imported into Vietnam must have a type certificate granted by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Aviation Authority of Brazil, Aviation Authority of Canada, Aviation Authority of Russia, Aviation Authority of the United Kingdom, Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), or granted/recognized by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam."

Article 2. Effect

This Decree comes into force from the day on which it is signed.

Article 3. Implementation

1. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for implementation of this Decree.

2. Ministers , Heads of ministerial authorities, Heads of Governmental authorities, Presidents of People's Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities are responsible to implement this Decree.
