ON IMPLEMENTATION OF DEFERRAL OF EXCISE TAX FOR DOMESTICALLY MANUFACTURED OR ASSEMBLED AUTOMOBILES UNDER GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 81/2025/ND-CP DATED APRIL 2, 2025 AND DEFERRAL OF VALUE ADDED TAX, CORPORATE INCOME TAX, PERSONAL INCOME TAX AND LAND RENTS IN 2025 UNDER GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 82/2025/ND-CP DATED APRIL 2, 2025

FROM THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION TO:

On April 2, 2025, the Government promulgated Decree No. 81/2025/ND-CP on implementation of deferral of excise tax for domestically manufactured or assembled automobiles and Decree No. 82/2025/ND-CP on deferral of value added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax and land rents in 2025.

The Department of Taxation requests Sub-departments of Taxation to promptly implement and publicize implementation of deferral of excise tax for domestically manufactured or assembled automobiles under the Government’s Decree No. 81/2025/ND-CP dated April 2, 2025 and deferral of value added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax and land rents in 2025 under the Government’s Decree No. 82/2025/ND-CP dated April 2, 2025 mentioned above to continue resolving difficulties, assisting the recovery of manufacture and business activities for entities facing difficulties in accordance with the Government's directives./.
